NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS – GENERAL POLICY

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size / colour selected

  • Dissatisfaction after delivery

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Any reason other than damage or breakage on arrival

Refunds or replacements are only provided if an item arrives damaged or broken, and only under the conditions outlined below.

Optional Shipping Protection
Customers may purchase Shipping Protection for £4.99 at checkout.

What Shipping Protection Covers
If Shipping Protection is purchased, we will cover:

  • Items lost in transit

  • Items that arrive damaged or broken

Coverage includes:

  • A replacement item or

  • A refund (at our discretion)   

If Shipping Protection is not added at checkout:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • We are not responsible for damage caused during transit

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued

DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS

Inspection on Delivery
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

Reporting Damage
Claims for damaged or broken items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Clear photos of the shipping label

Failure to provide all required evidence will result in the claim being rejected.

Approval Process
Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement item or

  • A refund (method and amount determined by us)

LOST PACKAGES

  • Lost packages are only covered if Shipping Protection was purchased.

  • If tracking shows the order as “Delivered,” the package is considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for any items, including:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items reported outside the allowed timeframe
